Germany’s PCB market continued to decline in 2008, experiencing its lowest November sales ever, according to the VdL and ZVEI.
 
Sales dropped 20.7% month-over-month and 26.7% year-over-year. Cumulative sales for the first 11 months were 3.7% lower than 2007.

Incoming orders were cut in half, compared to October figures. Year-over-year, orders fell 40%. The November book-to-bill ratio was the lowest in 14 years, at 0.82.
