SUNNYVALE, CA - Ken Bahl President Sierra Proto Express announced that they have acquired the assets and book of business of Teknicircuits of Danbury, Connecticut. Sierra Proto Express will now be handling the fabrication of PCB's for Teknicircuits' customers.

With Sierra Midwest in Chanute Kansas, our domestic production center fully operational we are ready to service Teknicircuits customers stated Bahl. We will be able to handle the production work in Kansas and the quick turn requirements at Sierra Proto Express in Sunnyvale California. This combined with our offshore alliances will allow us to provide all of the Teknicircuits customers a complete PCB solution.

Bill Broadbridge, President of Teknicircuits had this to say. Sierra is a company that is fully invested in the future of the PCB industry. In the past year they have spent over $5 Million in equipment and improvements and they intend to do the same this year.
