NEW TAIPEI CITY, TAIWAN – Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board will invest NT8.4 billion (US$302.4 million) to expand production of ABF substrates at its factory in Shulin, New Taipei City.

On Nov. 9, the company’s board of directors approved the expansion. The investment will be funded by the company's own funds or bank loans.

Demand for ABF substrates is strong, the firm says. The expansion is a result of an increase of new product applications such as network communication, computers, consumer electronic and efficient computing.
