MIAMI, FL – Element Solutions reported 2025 net sales of $2.5 billion, up 4% year over year on a reported basis and 6% organically, driven by double-digit organic growth in its electronics segment tied to datacenter infrastructure and high-performance computing demand.
For the full year, the specialty chemicals supplier posted reported net income of $191 million.
In the fourth quarter, electronics demand accelerated, supported by high-performance computing and leading-edge applications. The company said nearly two years of consistent high single-digit organic net sales growth in electronics reflects strength in higher-value niches of the market.
Looking ahead, Element Solutions introduced 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance in the range of $650 million to $670 million, including expected contributions from recent acquisitions. The company expects continued growth in high-performance computing markets, while industrial end-markets are projected to remain softer.
