LEOBEN, AUSTRIA – AT&S returned to net profitability in the third quarter, supported by higher volumes, cost reductions and expanding output at its new facilities in Malaysia and Austria.
Third-quarter revenue increased 18% year over year to approximately $505 million. The company reported net profit of roughly $26 million, compared with a $35 million loss in the prior-year quarter.
For the first nine months, revenue reached about $1.42 billion, up 10%. Operating cash flow improved to about $359 million, reflecting higher volumes and working capital improvements.
Growth was led by data center and AI-related IC substrates, with additional contributions from the Kulim and Leoben plants. Management confirmed its outlook for fiscal this year, forecasting full-year revenue of about $1.84 billion.
