AT&S to Build IC Substrates for AMD in Malaysia

LEOBEN, AUSTRIA – AT&S will start building IC chip substrates for AMD at its new plant in Malaysia next year, according to Reuters report today.

The printed circuit board manufacturer will begin producing IC substrates at the Kulim campus in the fourth quarter of 2024, an AT&S spokesperson told the wire service.
