AURORA, CO –  Advanced Circuits reported net sales of $20.7 million for the fourth quarter, a decrease of 11.7% year-over-year.

Adjusted EBITDA was $5.4 million, down 28% compared to the fourth quarter of 2019.

During the quarter, capital expenditures were $240,000, compared to $3.7 million in the prior year period.

For 2020, Advanced Circuits net sales were $88.1 million, down 3% compared to 2019. Adjusted EBITDA for the year was $26.3 million, a decrease of 9.1%.

Capital expenditures for the year were $594,000, compared to $4.8 million in 2019.
