TopLine Awarded US Patent for CCGA Fixture Design

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA – TopLine Corp. has been granted US patent D908648 for a novel design for an adjustable fixture for aligning column grid array substrates.

“Our unique design for this adjustable fixture for aligning column grid array substrates will enhance the reliability and manufacturability of the CCGA package,” said CEO Martin Hart. “We’re pleased to have been awarded this patent.”

TopLine has devoted considerable engineering resources in recent years to improving the manufacturability and reliability of CCGA components that are usable in FPGA and ASIC packages. The company holds seven patents in this area.
