TAIPEI – Ventec has been approved to trade on the main board of the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The laminates manufacturer plans to start trading on the TWSE in April.

Ventec reported third quarter revenues of $45.7 million, up 16% year-over-year and 4.9% sequentially. Revenues climbed to a record high of $16.2 million in October. In the first 10 months of the year, revenues were $150.2 million, up 10.3% from the same period in 2017.

The company had third quarter net profits of nearly $5 million, up 257.2% year-over-year and down 3.2% sequentially. Ventec's net profits for the first three quarters of 2018 were $11.3 million, an increase of 34.2% year-over-year.
