Printed Circuit Design & Fab Magazine

LONDON - Mentor Graphics has resubmitted its unsolicited offer of approximately $46 million for the Flomerics Group, a bid that Flomerics has already rejected as too low.

Mentor owns slightly less than of 30% of Flomerics. The company said it was extending its offer to buy Flomerics by a week, until July 2.

Flomerics is a designer of electronic design automation (EDA) software.
