ANAHEIM, CA – Summit Interconnect will be the parent holding company for HCI Equity Partners’ recent acquisitions of KCA Electronics and Marcel Electronics International.

Summit will focus on growth of the combined business with operations in Anaheim and Orange, CA.

Clay Swain is Summit’s new vice president of sales and marketing. He formerly worked with CEO Shane Whiteside at TTM Technologies as corporate vice president of marketing.
