ST. LOUIS -- TTM Technologies cleared another hurdle in its pending acquisition of Viasystems Group as the latter's stockholders voted to approve the $927 million deal.

Completion of the merger remains subject to certain other closing conditions, including expiration or termination of the applicable waiting period under US antitrust laws.

The companies expect the merger will close during the first half of calendar 2015.

The companies had a combined $2.5 billion in revenue in the period ended June 30, which would have made it the world's largest PCB fabricator.
