FONTENAY-AUX-ROSES, FRANCE – ICAPE Group reported a robust performance in the first half of the year, with revenue rising 13.1% amid strong commercial momentum and a healthy order book. The company continued its external growth strategy with the acquisition of Kingfisher PCB, following the earlier purchase of ALR Services and launched its new ICAPE UK business unit to further strengthen its market presence.

Profitability rose sharply compared to the first half of 2024. EBITDA climbed 28.1% year-over-year, EBITA increased 42.9%, and current operating income surged 44.3%, driven by operational efficiency measures, synergy gains, and the integration of new businesses. Net income attributable to the group grew 9.6% from the same period last year, while earnings per share rose 8.3%.

The company also reported a significant improvement in working capital requirements and maintained stable net financial debt as of June 30, 2025, compared to December 31, 2024. ICAPE reaffirmed its operational, strategic, and financial objectives for the year, signaling continued confidence in its growth trajectory.
