SAN FRANCISCO – Master Electronics and Onlinecomponents.com released millions of SnapEDA computer-aided design models on their respective platforms.

SnapEDA’s CAD models are now available for free download using the Master Electronics and OnlineComponents.com websites.

Engineers can search for parts on the aforementioned websites and open the SnapEDA Viewer, where they can examine and interact with the CAD models, rotating the 3-D models to see the form factor or hovering over pins to see relevant details, for example.

The models can then be downloaded directly to more than 15 PCB design tool formats, including Altium, Autodesk Eagle and Fusion 360, Cadence OrCAD and Allegro, and KiCad. After the engineers finish their designs, they can go back to either Master Electronics or OnlineComponents.com to purchase the parts.
