TEDDINGTON, UK – IMAPS-UK will hold a workshop on substrates for more demanding applications at the National Physical Laboratory on June 27.

Topics include the future of PCBs, from 3D shapes and additive manufacturing to embedded die. Design theory, substrate materials selection, and design rules will be discussed.

Murata, Ultra, Rogers, Optoprint, Tribus-D, and Quantum CAD will be among the presenters.
